This policy explains how Brandlynk Digital Solutions collects, uses, protects, and responds to requests about personal data across our website, enquiries, products, and client projects.
We handle personal data with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 in mind.
We do not store M-Pesa PINs, card numbers, or full provider credentials.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

We collect information you share directly through contact forms, demo requests, quote requests, newsletter forms, chat, WhatsApp handoffs, and project onboarding conversations.
This can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, project details, current systems, budget range, timeline, and any files or notes you choose to send.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver services, support products, improve website performance, send requested updates, and keep accurate project or customer records.
We do not sell your personal data. Marketing updates are only sent where there is consent or a legitimate business relationship, and you can opt out at any time.

Some Brandlynk products and client systems connect to Safaricom Daraja, bank payment APIs, or other payment providers. Payment confirmations may include names, phone numbers, references, amounts, timestamps, and provider transaction IDs.
Sensitive payment credentials such as M-Pesa PINs are entered only in the provider-controlled flow. We do not store those PINs on Brandlynk systems.

We use essential cookies to keep the website and admin tools working correctly. We may also use analytics tools to understand page performance, form completion, and general usage patterns.
Analytics data helps us improve content, navigation, speed, and conversion flows. Where required, you can opt out of non-essential tracking.

We may use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments, content management, support, automation, and infrastructure monitoring.
These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service, and each provider is expected to protect that information under its own security and privacy terms.
